The photo booth is one of my favourite wedding trends as of late. And the best part? You can adapt the photo booth style to accommodate any type of wedding, from vintage to modern. Booths can be rented for the day and most allow guests to print their photos on the spot. Prices vary and can cost over $1,000. An alternative to a pricey photo booth, is to ask your photographer to stage a backdrop for you. Many times, if your photographer brings an assistant or second photographer, they may be able to accommodate set times where guests can come and stage their own photos on the backdrops of your choice.
Here are some of our favourites:
{A staged backdrop with vintage frames and chairs}
{A traditional photo booth}
{Include your wedding theme for a truly unique backdrop as seen in this seaside photo booth}
{Photos delivered on the spot - have guests glue these photos into a guest book and leave a special message.}

This is such a cool idea! I think I will use the idea of letting guests add their pictures to a guest book...almost like a wedding scrapbook! Do you think it's better to buy a traditional guest book with lines for people to write on...or a larger book with empty pages?

Hi Olivia,
Thanks! I love this idea too!
I would recommend getting a large scrapbook style book with blank pages as well as some nice coloured pens that compliment your wedding colours and glue sticks. I would also recommend having some instructions on the table so guests know what you would like them to do.
Feel free to email me at melissa@blushnotes.com if you have any additional questions :)
