One of the hottest paper trends that I am seeing for 2011 is the use of seating charts. In lieu of the traditional paper place cards, couples are opting to get the most for their money and create a seating chart. Seating charts are usually placed on an easel {provided by the venue} near the front of the reception area for guests to view before heading to their seats. While place cards can cost upwards of $1.00 each {example: 140 guests will run you around $140.00 for place cards}, a seating chart can cost as little as $42.00 {starting price for a digital copy}. Seating charts can either be arranged by table or in an alphabetical listing.
Blush Notes provides seating charts in 3 forms:
- Digital {clients can print at their choice of printer}
- Foam core {a thick board}
- Paper baking {to match your invitation paper}
